A few days back, I was actually asking myself a question -“How much money will I spend to purchase a laptop?” Even though I dreamt about Macbook Air, I finally narrowed it down to Rs.50,000. And here I am with a list of the best laptops that you can purchase for under Rs.50,000.
I know, 50 grand is a huge chunk of money for a laptop and I don’t want to disappoint you either. So, this list is a combination of professionally oriented to high-intensity gaming laptops/notebooks from popular laptop manufacturers.
Some things to look for in high-end laptops are a large screen, a fast processor, and a lot of memory.
1. Price: Of course, high-end laptops come with a heftier price tag than your average laptop. Make sure you are aware of how much you are willing to spend on a laptop before beginning your search.
2. Specifications: Another important factor to consider when purchasing a high-end laptop is the specs. Make sure the laptop you are considering has the powerful processor, ample RAM, and storage space that you need.
3. Battery life: Another important consideration for any laptop purchase is battery life. High-end laptops tend to have shorter battery lives than their lower-priced counterparts. Be sure to take this into account when making your decision.
4. Operating system: When it comes to operating systems, you have a few different options. Windows and macOS are the two most popular choices, but there are also Linux-based options available. Be sure to choose the OS that is right for you.
5. Brand: Finally, another thing to keep in mind when purchasing a high-end laptop is the brand. There are a number of different laptop manufacturers out there, so be sure to do your research to find the one that best suits your needs.

1. Dell Inspiron 5000 Series

The new Dell Inspiron 5000 series is launched as a budget-friendly laptop by the American Company Dell.
They have all the rights to boast about the 4K resolution screen as it is reviewed and applauded by many of the users. This is one of the best affordable notebooks for those who do not want to keep a huge budget for laptops. And most importantly, this is truly a laptop meant for everyday tasks.
The Intel core i3 processor and 2GB AMD Radeon graphics make this a perfect buy for a gamer. Another interesting feature of Dell Inspiron is its simplistic and clean display design. The keyboard sports the LED backlights and houses the bare minimum of ports – 2x USB 2.0, one USB 3.0, HDMI, RJ-45, and a card reader. I feel this is truly a budget notebook.

Its body is all metal and anodized aluminum chassis which gives a very elegant and polished look.
This is more of a casual use laptop and can’t perform heavy-duty programs like photoshop, video editing, and final cut. But most of the activities revolve around browsing, streaming videos, checking emails, etc. The laptop houses two PC ports for USB, headset, and micro SD card.
The battery backup is also pretty great and can remain charged for up to 8 hours with normal usage. If you are looking for a less cumbersome sort of laptop, this is worth a shot than spending a fortune on Macbook Air.

3. Lenovo G50-80

Lenovo has launched a perfect notebook for the price range that you are looking at – that’s right! It is Lenovo’s G50-80 laptop.
The price ranges from Rs.28,990 – Rs.34,900. The only difference that I could make out is the graphics card. The Lenovo G50-80 which comes paired with up to 8GB of DDR3L SDRAM and AMD Radeon R5 M330 GPU is priced at Rs.34,900. Moving further to the design aspects of this laptop, this is a pretty huge laptop with plastic panels. I felt that the manufacturers have not really focussed on the look and feel, rather they have invested in the hardware of the system.
The configuration will be varying from core i3- to core i7 chip and you can choose between this range. The price varies for each design and system. The laptop comes with 4 cell battery which would last for about 4 hours. Lenovo also features a full HD screen but you can also settle for the less detailed panel with HD (1366×768) resolution.

The keyboard of Dell Inspiron comes with a chiclet keyboard system without the backlight.
The screen display is about 15.6 inches and you can not expect much more resolution than 1366 x 768 pixels for this price. The pixel size is appropriate for this segment of laptops. You can take a look at the specifications of this notebook below:

There are a lot of attractive features and specifications that would exceed the users’ expectations. Moreover, the look and feel of the laptop are unbeatable. It is not that heavy as compared to HP and Dell laptops. The hardware of the laptop is not all that catchy. It is the usual Pentium processor but that is more than sufficient to make the regular users delightful.
The camera in the front is a 720p HD webcam which is decent enough to do video chatting. My verdict would be that these are laptops meant for browsing, checking emails, streaming youtube, etc, and not for an ardent gamer. The design has a silver color metallic body which is way different from the earlier versions of HP laptops. But once you open the screen, you see the black-colored keyboard deck.
Another good thing about Pavilion 13 is that the laptop is lightweight and easy to hold. This makes it yet another user-friendly laptop. Ok! there is one best feature that I would want to speak about here.
