8. Mirik, West Bengal

Mirik is a scenic hill station in West Bengal popular for its lakeside location and unspoiled beauty. Mirik has many things to offer to people with varied interests. You can go for a romantic boating experience, have fun exploring the orange orchids, visit the monasteries, temples & church or walk along with the green tea gardens. 9. Cherapunji, Meghalaya
Enjoy the rainy days.
There is nothing more mesmerizing than the smell of soil after the first rain. If you are one of those who loves anything and everything about rain then Chirapunji is the place for you. Cherrapunji in Meghalaya is one of the wettest places on the planet and the only place in India to receive rain throughout the year. It is advisable to visit Cherapunji before the season of heaviest downpour i.e from June to September. The must-visit places in Cherapunji are Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Dain-Then Falls, Living root bridges, Mawsmai caves, Ka Khoh Ramhah rocks, and Eco Park.
10. Lonavala, Maharashtra

Located along with the Sahyadri mountain range, Lonavala will be welcome you with a cold ambiance and wonderful scenery. Lonavala provides stunning views of lush greenery around the Sahyadri ranges and also serves as a starting point for tourists interested in visiting the famous, ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves of Bhaja and Karla, which are located near this hill station. It also has an important Yoga center near it, for the health-conscious traveler. You can walk along the waterfalls, the grassy abundance, and hills in and around Lonavala. The mountainous terrain of Lonavala is ideal for trekking and hiking as well.
