I’m a big fan of radio. But, there’s something ugly about online streaming services that every time I try a service, I don’t want to try again. Most Indian radio channels online are so ugly and cluttered that it feels like walking on a landmine – only with your mouse.

Having said that, there are many Indian radio channels online where you can listen for free. Just that most of them have crappy ads and injected advertisements between plays. From Tamil to Malayalam and Hindi, many Indian radio stations (and the NRI based ones outside the country) have gone online and are available for free streaming.

Now, I recently stumbled upon an amazing free radio streaming service online. It’s called Radio Here and I just fell in love with it in the first click. I’m sure you too will.

It’s designed well, is organized amazingly well and there are many channels including Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Punjabi and even Arabic. All available for streaming free.

The design is minimal and you can get started by listening in just one click. No crappy ads or pauses.
