Backwaters of Alappuzha
The Alappuzha backwaters also known as The Venice of the East is truly blessed with lagoons, beaches and canals. Some extinct animals like Bengal Tiger has also been protected in this reserve.

Athirappally waterfalls is a major tourist spot in Trissur and is pretty famous for its scenic beauty.It is the largest waterfall of Kerala and is also referred to as the Niagara of India.
