Apparently, Vodafone India launched a very competitive offer for its customers and those who wants to migrate to Vodafone.

As per the offer, if you buy the itel A20 smartphone, and stay with Vodafone for one and a half years (recharging all the while), then you ca a cashback offer on the smartphone cost.

How much does the A20 Vodafone itel smartphone cost?

Rs. 3,690.

How much will you be actually paying Vodafone?

Rs.150 (minimum) x 18 months = Rs. 2,700

So, total cost for the customer is?

Rs. 3,690 + Rs. 2,700 = Rs.6,390!

How much cashback will you get?

Rs. 2,100.

That would effectively make the phone cost Rs. 1,590.

The caveat is that you have to stay with Vodafone and recharge for Rs.150 or more every month for at least 18 months (one and half years) to be able to fully avail this offer. (Check out 4G internet plans here)

So, is this a good offer?

I think not. But if you want a really cheap smartphone, then it might be a good offer.
