If you are an H1B aspirant, you know that there are only a few ways to get an H1B visa. Either you have to be exceptionally skilled that a sponsor has to offer you a work visa. Another way Indians go to US is by L1 visas where an Indian company that you work for sends you over to USA on a on-site project, often called as intra-company transfers.
Do you know which companies gives the most L1 intra-company US visas in India?
The topper is non other than TCS. Money Control reports that TCS has been the largest sponsor for intra-company transfer based L1 visa in the year 2015 and 2016. In fiscal year 2016 TCS got 1615 L-1 visa approvals.

Second Indian company to offer intra-company L1 visa transfer is Cognizant, which got 1337 L1 visas in 2015 – 16.
Third in line is Infosys which got 277 L1 visas, and fourth is Wipro, which got 220 L1 work visas approved.
In the preceding year also, it was TCS that got the highest number of L1 work visas approved – 1606, followed by Cognizant (1079), IBM India Private (267) and the Schlumberger Technology Group (224).
Now these are 2015-16 statistics. It’s got to be found how visas have been offered post Trump’s crackdown in the recent times.
